Show off your spooky spirit! The Village of East Palestine invites residents and businesses to be part of our first-ever Halloweentown Decorating Contest. Submit a photo of your decorated home, yard or storefront for a chance to win prizes, bragging rights, and a feature in the community newsletter. Entries are due by October 15th. Winners will be announced at the October 27th Village Council Meeting.
