Our community comes together with a decorating contest for the 250th birthday of the United States!
In honor of the United States’ 250th Anniversary, our village joined communities across the nation in a year of celebration, and kicked off the celebration with a community decorating contest.
Residents were invited to decorate their homes or businesses in the following categories: Best Business, Best Street, Best Use of Lights, Best Use of Landscaping, and Most Original. This contest was open to all of the 44413 zip-code, and the winners of each category were announced on the Village of East Palestine Ohio’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, along with being shared with local news media, and announced at the 4th of July celebration at City Park on July 4th!
