The East Palestine Area Chamber of Commerce and the Village of East Palestine welcomed Antiques Annex to our Business District with a ribbon cutting ceremony on August 10. Located at 77 North Market Street, Antiques Annex is filled with treasures dating prior to the 1980’s and even welcomes donations to add to the collection! Whether you are wandering in to see the antiques or searching for a collectable, it is sure you will be taking a trip in a time machine for these beautifully preserved treasures at the Annex. This local highlight is open from 10 AM to 4 PM Monday through Saturday.
Linda Oliastro, Owner of The Company Store Antiques in Negley, shares that The Company Store is now up for sale due to being too much work, and will continue to be a warehouse for the East Palestine location. “The grand opening was fabulous. We haven’t had a day when somebody didn’t come in and buy something,” Oliastro said. “We’ve decorated with some of the pricey stuff right in the front to draw people in, and then as you go to the back, we have bacl shelves that have clearance items for $5.00.”
