THIS HOLIDAY SEASON

The East Palestine Community Improvement Corporation (EPCIC) plans to continue our new holiday tradition and once again hold the Brighten Our Future Fundraising Campaign this fall to raise money for downtown revitalization. We will celebrate with a treelighting event and announce the campaign results on December 6th in conjunction with the Annual Snowflake Festival sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce. 

Thanks to the incredible support of our 2024 sponsors, the Brighten Our Future campaign raised over $161,500 – funds that made it possible for the East Palestine Community Improvement Corporation (EPCIC) to purchase a key property in the center of our downtown.

That formerly unused drive-through lot at 74 North Market Street is now the foundation for something new: a future public plaza and retail space designed to bring people together and help revitalize our community. This space will generate revenue to support long-term redevelopment and provide a vibrant hub for events, performances and gatherings.
