Submit Events and Stay Up to Date With What’s Happening Around Town
Don’t miss a meeting or upcoming event in East Palestine. There’s a new Community Calendar feature on the Municipal Website’s homepage and on the Around Town page of epohio.org.
Everything happening around the village is displayed on the current month’s calendar page with upcoming events highlighted on the right-hand side. Events are color coded with gold for village events and meetings, navy for EP Community Improvement Corporation (EPCIC) meetings and events and silver for all other local organization’s events. You can search for specific events or use the filter to sort by selecting from a drop-down list of participating organizations. Click on the date and a pop-up window expands with more details.
Planning an event for your organization?
Check the calendar first. Click the Submit Event button to access a form to request that your organization’s event be added to the calendar. The forms are sent directly to the Village Manager’s and Administrative Assistant’s email addresses. Just include the event name, date, start and end time, as well as a description. Provide your contact information for confirmation and any additional village permits that might be needed. You can also attach a flyer, logo or graphic image that you would like to appear with your event to market it to the public and let everyone know.
