Submitting Art Work
Preferred Digital Formats
PDF (X1a preferred), JPG. The layout page should match the ad size purchased.
Images and Artwork
All ads and artwork must be submitted in high-resolution CMYK format, 300 dpi. The publication is not held responsible for printing errors due to improper resolution or color format.
PDF Tips
Embed all font and images when making a PDF of your ad. PDF’s must also be 300 dpi. Please include crop marks.
Submitting Your Ad by E-mail
E-mail your ad to c.stewart@eastpalestine-oh.gov. Please notify us ahead of time if emailing files. We recommend compressing the file before sending via e-mail. (.zip, etc.) If file is too large please send in PDF format only.
Ad Creation
If you do not have print-ready artwork and would prefer to have your ad designed the Village does offer that service for an additional charge and you will be billed separately. Please allow for 5 to 10 business days if you choose to have us create an ad for you.
